Are you connecting with your audience Are you sure I was browsing Joanne Meehls website and saw something I LOVED.  On her menu she has an About You link.  Get it?  Not About Me, but About YOU. That is cool.  I think this is brilliant.  Could you do something like this to let your target audience know you understand them?  Wouldnt this help your target audience feel more comfortable that you are the right person for the job, whatever job that might be?
